Terms of Service

By creating an account, enrolling in or purchasing a course, or otherwise using EmraSkills, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use and any purchase.

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials and authentication devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Your account is personal. You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use it to access paid materials. We may require identity or payment verification where reasonably necessary to protect learners and the platform.

Prices, currency, included materials, and applicable discounts are shown before checkout. Enrollment is activated after successful payment confirmation or approval of a supported manual payment.

Paid course access is for the purchasing learner and remains available while the platform operates and the account complies with these Terms. “Lifetime access” means access for the commercial life of the course or platform; it does not guarantee that every course will remain available indefinitely.

Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or other payment-provider costs may apply depending on the learner's location and payment method.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use enrolled course videos, lessons, code, downloads, and related materials for your own learning.

You may not copy or redistribute substantial course content, share private media links, resell materials, publish paid downloads, record or publicly stream lessons, scrape the platform, or remove ownership notices.

You may not bypass access controls; misuse coupons, referrals, payments, refunds, or assessments; disrupt the service; probe for vulnerabilities without written permission; upload malicious content; impersonate another person; or use the platform unlawfully.

We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.

Refunds are not automatic or “no questions asked.” Requests made within 30 days of purchase are reviewed under our Refund Policy.

Eligibility generally requires less than 20% course progress, no issued certificate, no substantial download or use of course resources, and no evidence of account sharing, repeated refund behavior, or other abuse.

Approved refunds revoke the related enrollment and course access. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us about a valid fulfilled purchase may result in access restriction while the dispute is investigated. This does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

We may update lessons, instructors, features, schedules, or course organization to maintain or improve the learning experience. We may retire content where necessary and will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption to active learners.

Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Courses are provided for educational purposes. Completion, certificates, projects, and skill verification do not guarantee employment, income, promotion, admission, or any specific professional outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and content are provided on an “as available” basis, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may revise these Terms when the platform, legal requirements, or business practices change. The updated date will be shown above. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or account email.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location.
