Orphan houses are often ignored. The children there can become valuable contributors — if they get the same up-to-date education everyone else is expected to have.

Many orphan houses never receive modern skill programs, so students stay outside the learning the rest of the market takes for granted.

Children are often taught yesterday’s syllabus while technology, tools, and hiring expectations have already moved on.
